1.1. VIRGOSDIRECTSHIP is a shipping company that provides package delivery services from United States to Jamaica to specified destinations.
1.2. These terms and conditions govern all transactions and interactions between VIRGOSDIRECTSHIP and its customers.
1.3. VIRGOSDIRECTSHIP reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be available on our website or other official communication channels.
2.1. Shipping Days: We ship four (4) times a week, from Tuesdays to Fridays.
2.2. Rates: Shipping starts at $800 per pound, with free delivery offered in selected areas.
2.3. Prohibited Items: Customers are responsible for ensuring that packages do not contain any prohibited or restricted items as defined by local or international laws.
2.4. Packaging: All items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. VIRGOSDIRECTSHIP is not liable for damages caused by improper packaging.
2.5. Customs and Duties: The customer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred during the shipment process.
3.1. All shipping fees must be paid in full before shipment.
3.2. Payments can be made through cash, credit/debit cards, or other accepted payment methods.
3.3. Late or unpaid fees may result in delayed shipment or refusal of service.
4.1. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs delays, or other external factors.
4.2. Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses and contact details. VIRGOSDIRECTSHIP is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
4.3. Packages not collected or delivered within 30 days will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of at the company’s discretion.
5.1. VIRGOSDIRECTSHIP is not liable for:
Loss or damage caused by events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters).
Loss of prohibited or restricted items.
Indirect or consequential losses.
5.2. Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be made within seven (7) business days of delivery.
6.1. Customers can participate in our rewards program to earn and redeem points.
6.2. Points are earned based on shipment weight and activities, as detailed in the Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.
6.3. Points expire after 12 months if not redeemed.
6.4. VIRGOSDIRECTSHIP reserves the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program at any time.
7.1. Refunds are issued only in cases of service errors or other valid claims.
7.2. Cancellation requests must be made before the shipment is dispatched.
8.1. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.
8.2. Your information will only be used for processing transactions, improving our services, and complying with legal obligations.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Jamaica courts.
